When putting your home on the market, All Street Real Estate follows these 10 marketing items to get your home the exposure it deserves.

  1. Staging and Pricing Strategies
    • There are many options out on the market for buyers. It is important to price aggressively so that buyers will not overlook your house. Staging is also extremely important. Buyers have to be able to visualize their own things in the home.

    • A display will be placed in front of the home with information about the house in it. This will help with potential buyers driving by. If someone is interested, they can take a copy for later use.
  4. Email Marketing
    • An email with all of your home's information is sent out to over 1,400 Central Indiana Real Estate Agents. This is a great way to alert other agents to your home being available.
  5. Broker Listing Cooperative (BLC)
    • This is the Central Indiana Real Estate listing service. Every house that we list is in this system. This is a great avenue for potential buyers to find information and pictures of your home.
  6. Virtual Tours, posting on allstreetre.com, Exclusive web site dedicated to your home
    • At All Street, we pride ourselves on being very aggressive marketers. These virtual tours and web sites give a real personal touch to our marketing effort. Our theory is to show your home in the best way possible.
  7. Open House Program
    • Some clients like open houses and others don’t. We will build an open house program that fits your needs.
  8. Track showings / collect feedback
    • Buyer feedback is the number 1 way we know what the market is saying about your property. Just like on Design to Sell on HGTV, we need to know what people think, so adjustments can be made to improve showings.
  9. Target Marketing, ie. Just Listed / Just Sold Postcards
    • This is another way to get the word out that your property is listed. If someone likes the area they live, they are apt to tell their friends and family about your home.
