Searching and viewing homes is the best part of the home buying process. But first, there are a few items that will help the process move along smoothly. They are listed below. We are here to help answer any questions you might have. Please, give us a call or click here to send us an email and we will get right on it!

  1. Meet with a Mortgage Broker to get Pre-Approved.
  2. Talk with your All Street Real Estate Agent about the areas and types of houses you are interested in looking at.
  3. Come up with a list of non negotiable's. Things that you have to have or do not want at all.
  4. Have your agent schedule showings of houses that you are interested in.
  5. Once you find your perfect home. Your agent will do the research to insure that the property is priced right and help you with where to start in negotiating.
  6. You will write an offer on the property and your agent will help you negotiate the best possible price.
  7. After acceptance, you will need to schedule your inspection and obtain your homeowners insurance.
  8. When the inspection is completed and addressed you then can coordinate closing.
  9. At closing, you will need to have any money in certified funds (Cashiers Check) and a current Drivers License.
  10. Your All Street Agent will continue to provide you with answers to your questions and concerns long after the transaction has closed.
