Considering a Career In Real Estate?
In Indiana, to be able to obtain a Real Estate License you must:
- Be 18 years of age
- Complete/Pass an approved Salespersons Class
- Pass the Indiana Real Estate Licensing Exam.
- Apply for License from the Commission and pay applicable fees.
- Affiliate with a Principal Broker within 1 year of passing the exam.
